LibraDesk is an A to Z Library Management Software designed for libraries, reading rooms, study halls, and educational institutions.

By accessing or using our website, software, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “LibraDesk / Software / Service” refers to the library management software provided through libradesk.in.

  • “User / Client / You” refers to any individual, library owner, institute, or organization using the software.

  • “We / Us / Our” refers to the owner and operator of LibraDesk.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use LibraDesk.

  • The software is intended only for legal library and educational management purposes.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities performed through your account are your responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • LibraDesk operates on a subscription-based model.

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.

  • No refunds will be provided once the service is activated, unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, or features at any time.

5. Use of Software

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or resell the software.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use the software for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

The software may be used only for:

  • Seat management

  • Student/member records

  • Fee and income–expense tracking

  • Staff management

  • Reports and administrative purposes

6. Data Responsibility & Accuracy

  • Users are solely responsible for the data entered into the system.

  • LibraDesk does not verify the accuracy of financial, attendance, or report data.

  • Decisions taken based on software reports are the user’s responsibility.

7. Data Security & Privacy

  • We take reasonable measures to protect user data.

  • However, no online system is 100% secure, and LibraDesk does not guarantee absolute security.

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except where required by law.

8. Data Backup & Loss

  • Users are advised to regularly back up or export their data.

  • LibraDesk shall not be responsible for any data loss caused by:

    • Server issues

    • Internet failure

    • User error

    • Unauthorized access

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All software code, designs, logos, content, and branding related to LibraDesk are the intellectual property of the owner.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

    • These terms are violated

    • The software is misused

    • Payment obligations are not met

  • Upon termination, access to the software and stored data may be restricted or removed.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • LibraDesk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

  • We are not responsible for business losses, financial losses, or operational decisions made using the software.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of LibraDesk after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
